Hello,
I am a 20-something educational psychology student. I have worked with children and young people with special needs and mental health difficulties for nearly 6 years.
I myself have struggled and continue to struggle with mental health issues. I have been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder. I have tried and learnt about many therapies but I know sometimes just an open minded listening ear can help :)
