Should I leave my job or just ruin my mental health?

...See more As a recent graduate and only working at my current company for two months, I’ve been stuck for awhile to whether or not I should stay at my current job as an assistant . The current job market is not that great and my dad recently retired. Now the job itself can get stressful with being able to wear multiple hats and not having enough support from my supervisor even before she left for a few days without telling what to do/clear instructions. I had to figure stuff out on my own with a tight deadline and before I know it I am tearing up on the spot because of the pressure. My coworker isn’t helping at all and she’s being passive aggressive about my work meanwhile I had to leave the office because I didn’t get approval for OT on Friday. Other people who have worked at the company have said that they have issues with the company’s management , high turnover, lack of structure and incompetence within the leadership team. Even when I am sick seeing the messages from my supervisor and coworker makes me upset and many nights I have nightmares about work. This job also has many tasks that are meaningful/relate to my job description and the higher ups assign unrelated job duties. I don’t know what to do.

...See more I have been talking to this guy for three weeks and haven’t met him in person yet. We plan to met in person next week because both of us has school. However it isn’t until last night I noticed that he changed his profile pictures to a picture I told him that I liked. It was him a suit and his car. I know that I shouldn’t be too worried since we are still getting to know each other and that we are still single thus available to others. But should I be concerned?

...See more So I pushed the date to a later time and let him know. So he replies that he is making dinner for himself without answering me for confirmation. Later I told him that I went out with a friend and he then replies “I thought we were going together?”.

...See more Been dating this guy for around a month now and we have held hands and basically act like a couple in public. Recently he told me that he didn’t want a relationship because of school and work and I told him that I have the similar situation. But we both admitted that we care about each other and really like each other. He admitted that he didn’t want to hurt me. Not sure what I feel about all of this.

...See more Been dating this guy for a few weeks now and we usually go on dates and act like a couple in public. We also talk nearly everyday about random things. We both said we are not sure if we wanted a relationship but we both really like each other. Not sure about my feelings/situation.

Overprotective parents and lack of independence

...See more I’ve been wanting to get away from my family due to their overprotectiveness and my independence. They always seem to ask where I am going every time I go out. I feel the need to not answer them and instead sometimes leave without saying anything. It makes me uncomfortable to explain myself wherever I go. My car also has a dashcam and my father installed the app into his phone. Is it wrong to tell him to delete the app and give me the privacy I deserve? Lately the relationship I have with my parents aren’t doing so well as I am isolating myself from them.
