...See more Hi I’m 16 and I’m not diagnosed with depression so I’m not going to self diagnose myself and say I have it but sometimes I feel like I might. I have however been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder so it often makes life pretty challenging. I have a really hard time being happy and I often only feel nothing, stressed or sad. Getting up and doing stuff throughout the day can be really hard. I don’t have any motivation to do anything productive. Even non productive things like playing video games feels like a task some times and I just want to lay in bed and cry. The only thing that distracts me from my emotions are my friends. I have 4 friends but only two of them really enjoy talking to me. I usually laugh when I’m with them but I’m not happy. It’s an odd feeling because I feel like I’m supposed to be happy but I’m just not. And I’m not sad either it’s just nothing. It does feel good to laugh though because I feel like I’m making progress but it always reminds me that I’m not ok.
