Hey everyone! My name is Jared and I'm a semi-professional listener. AKA I'm the guy that everyone I know comes to when they need to vent or talk or try to feel better. One of my friends has said that I'm her therapist and nothing makes me happier than to be able to assist in making people feel better.

I have had major depressive disorder in the past and have struggled with anxiety, adhd, and emotional regulation all my life. Through therapy, medication, and self-help I have definitely gotten a lot better but there's still work to do.

I know it's tough to seek help and I know it's tough to fight through the rough times in life but just know that talking and opening up about mental health issues is one of the most courageous things you can do. Whether you choose to talk to me or someone else, I am very proud of all of you for taking this first, giant step towards feeling better.

You are important. You are loved. I'm here to listen.
