...See more Hello this feels a little odd to me im not going to lie but i figured what the heck ill give it a shot.. I have been dealing with some pretty heavy (health?) anixety the last couple of months. Doctor tried to put me on medication but it really wasnt for me. Im trying to live a stress free like without the medication which has been working but still have bouts of anixety.. Just wondering if anyone else has had this and has any tips. 😁
