...See more Today I’ve felt like I used to (which isn’t good) I’ve had the feeling he’s going to come back and hurt me again. It’s made me feel unsafe in general and especially when I’m alone. Just to make it worse I had a call from an unknown number and it was just someone breathing. So now I’m probably not going to be able to sleep properly for months again. I was having 12 hours of sleep a week months ago and I got back up to 20-25 and I’ve been doing better but now I’m scared to close my eyes tonight. I don’t even understand PTSD properly I’m on week 4 of CBT and I know it’s not going to just fix me but I need something to work with because I have things happened to me which I don’t understand.
