Be it a an appreciation to someone. Be it just a smile to yourself in front of the mirror. Be it just a pat of love on your pet or the street cat or dog Be it a kind message on your social media timeliness A small act has infinite ways and take a few seconds to do or be. We look to do major impact all the time, but the beginning step is a small act of kindness, first being kind to yourself that you are awesome no matter what people think or said about you .
