...See more Lately I feel like food is in control instead of me being in control of food. My idea of health eating is fresh fruit and veggie juice salads soup coconut water teas. Lately I feel like I can't fallow through no matter how hard I try. I work at a grocery store. I feel like I don't get a mental break away from food. My weight keeps going up. Feeling so defeated.
