...See more I am 32 year old and used to have my life together. Over the last few years been moving from job to job and something felt missing. Turns out I am bipolar type 1. Trying to struggle through my anxiety and depression. I have gained a lot of weight and I will work on losing it. But I don't know where to start. I recently applied for disability and am currently on welfare. No job. Attending some workshops and classes on mindfulness.
