Hi, i appreciate every listener that accepts my requests and puts some time into listening to my stories or just chatting
I've been here for a while now, usually not an active member / listener but when the relapse of depression and anxiety happens i can't help it
Been to multiple therapists / psychologists / psychiatrists and yeah they helped as best as they can, unfortunately for me negative and depressive thoughts hit me like waves on the shore from time to time so i appreciate the support that amazing people here are willing to offer.
