Hi, thanks for finding me on 7 Cups of Tea! My name is Lea and I've overcome depression and learned a lot through that journey and am still learning. I've always wanted to help others even if it's in a small way. I know venting about what's going on in our lives can really help, as I do it a lot with my friends and I hope can provide the same support to others.
