Hi, I'm a trained active listener and previously used to be a helpline listener for a local rape and sexual abuse support line. I also have bipolar disorder myself (stable with medication and a relapse prevention plan) so I'm pretty well versed with depression. My best friend has generalised anxiety disorder so I have a fairly good insight into anxiety too. I enjoy reading, blogging/writing, spending time with my cats, socialising, walking and volunteering. I look forward to being here for you when I'm online.
