...See more I have been on medication before and was thinking i need to go to a doc and get back on meds but i have been off them so long now i am proud of myself.  i cannot afford a doctor anyway.  so i decided to try and find other ways to cope with my issues.  found 7 cups of tea looking for free help chats on google.
