...See more I’ve come to the realisation that I have trauma which has now affected me… I get triggered when disrespected and feel I have to always defend myself or it will cause me distress and to feel weak if I don’t. however Im tired of constantly having to defend myself and being in fight , flight or freeze mode it’s literally crippling. The anxiety has gotten so bad that my throat starts to burn.
