Hi there! I'm Savanna and I am so glad that you are reaching out for help today on 7 cups of tea. Through my life I have struggled with quite a bit, depression, eating disorders, general anxiety, PTSD, self harm, panic attacks, family stress and bullying. It isn't an easy thing to deal with alone, and the first thing that you need to know is that you are NOT alone by any means.
