Hello, I am not a licensed therapist, but i am currently studying psychology in hopes to become one. I have experience as a mental health technician working with patients struggling with PTSD, Schizophrenia, and Bipolar Disorder. I have also closely spoken with individuals diagnosed with ASPD and NPD.

...See more Hi, my name is Scarlet! I’m happy to offer support to anyone navigating a personality disorder or trying to better understand themselves. I have some personal experience with mental health struggles, and I’ve also had the opportunity to speak with individuals diagnosed with personality disorders across all three clusters. For example, I’ve spoken with people diagnosed with Cluster A disorders, such as paranoid, schizoid, and schizotypal personality disorders; Cluster B disorders, such as borderline, narcissistic, and antisocial personality disorders; and Cluster C disorders, such as avoidant, dependent, and obsessive-compulsive personality disorders. I understand that everyone’s experiences are different, and I’m not here to judge, label, or make assumptions about anyone. I’m here to listen, offer a safe space to talk, and help you feel heard and understood. You don’t have to navigate everything alone, and I’d be happy to listen. 💛
