Feeling overwhelmed

...See more It's been like this the past few days, where I try to go to sleep, yet lay there for hours until the sun comes up and I finally pass out. I'd feel a combination of four feelings: sadness, grief (over loss), disappointment and anger. The strange thing is, I dont feel like screaming, yelling or crying. The feelings are just 'there' and I don't want to wait for myself to fall asleep again, as it will probably be at least 8am before I manage to fall asleep again. Not to mention, it's not healthy to go to sleep so late often. I've also discussed this with friends already, so I have reached out for help. What can I do during this these late hours of 2 - 9am to manage these feelings? I'm feeling stuck.
