...See more I'm trying really hard to not cut myself. I got out of the habit of banging my head on stuff, but now I have the strong urge to cut myself. I've been having a lot of issues right now, and I just want someone to talk to. I can't be online for a while, but please help. I don't know what I'm supposed to do.

...See more I have had some trouble breathing lately. It only happens during panic attacks. Two days ago, I had a bad panic attack. I was just curled up in a ball, holding my head, and crying. I couldn't breathe during this time, and it took an extremely long time for me to relax, with help.

...See more It's 8:34 am, and I'm on my way to school. I'm having a rough start, and I'm having a panic attack. I forgot the things that help me when I have a panic attack, which is making it worse. I don't have my headphones, so I can't listen to music. My boyfriend is extremely sick, which is stressing me out, and a lot is just happening this morning. I might have to go home early today. I don't know.

...See more I'm having trouble when it comes to eating. Sometimes it makes me want to throw up or it just doesn't look like food. I love food, and can usually eat a lot, but recently it just looks like plastic. Sometimes I can eat, but I usually can't. Sometimes I have to force it down. i just want to know if this is a thing?

...See more I've been experiencing a lot of random episodes of depression, which is new to me. They've caused me to start hitting my head on random things. I've cut the legs of my table and chairs, but not myself. I'm trying to get help, but I'm not sure if it's working.
