...See more I don't even really know where to start with this.   I've never really tried anything like this.   It's always been kind of bury everything deep down and just go about my day.    But things recently have kinda hit a point where I'm barely sleeping,  my adhd is far worse than it's ever been.   I just kind of want to waste away into nothing.  I suffer from Night Terrors or something very similar to Night Terrors.  And they've become increasingly frequent in the past couple of months.    Tried to go to the gym and try and make some positive changes, for it to only make me feel worse.  In a marriage that might as well just be roommates.   I feel, like there's nothing left, feel like I'm holding onto something that doesn't exist anymore but it's a black hole that won't let me escape it.   And I can't figure out how to make it better either.   Unpack time I guess...  I dunno. This place was suggested by a friend.   So I dunno...  Maybe something here will help put things into perspective.
