...See more I was sexually abused by my stepfather for almost 8 years now, and I am almost 17 years old and is still living with him. The most painful part is that my mother is aware of this, but is just blinded with love for him so she just lets him do it with no consequences. This made me develop severe PTSD, and constant anxiety and depression. I don't even want to live in my own home anymore. The first incident was when I was nine, and that's when I first realized that he was dangerous, and I told my mother about it, but she didn't do anything. It is still happening now. I've done everything I can, I'm even taking medications. But I can't do this anymore, my suicidal tendencies are worsening, I don't know what to do. I just want to end this.
