Hello! I want to be a listener because I’ve been through some tough experiences: scapegoating and emotional and verbal abuse for about three years due to my family´s unstable dynamics. There were times when I felt really misunderstood and like I deserved the way I was treated.

Through therapy, I’ve started to unpack those experiences and their impact on my life. I’m on a healing journey, working on my self-esteem and personal growth. I genuinely want to help others who might be facing similar situations by helping them recognize signs of potential abuse and offering support. I’m here to listen and create a safe, welcoming space for anyone who needs it. :)
