...See more Hi. I'm Sara and I'm new here. I've heard about 7 cups of tea on a mental health support group and then later a guy I know told me he found it very helpful so here I am! I'm still trying to figure out how things work here, haven't talked to a listener yet because I wanted to introduce myself first and hopefully get to know new people that can relate to what I'm going through. Basically I'm depressed, my life is a rollercoaster right now, a thousand of feelings keep dragging me down and then bringing me up, up and down, up and down. I don't even know what I feel anymore, I'm losing touch with reality, with my friends and family, I'm so exhausted I don't feel like doing anything, I'm helpless and I don't see a future for myself. It's hard to describe in a few words how I'm feeling and I'm pretty sure most of you know that it is basically impossible to describe depression but I hope you can still understand because I really need someone to talk to right now. My parents can tell that something is off, that I'm not 100% okay, but I don't have the guts to tell them what is really going on. The same is for my friends. So, I'm alone. There's a lot more to say but I don't want to waste anyone's time so I'm gonna cut it here and also, sorry for my english, it's not my first language. I really hope to finally find peace.
