I'm a 30 year old male who is wise beyond his years. I've obtained a BA in Psychology and Mental Health, and I've lived and experienced a lot surrounding mental health with others around me. Communication skills are fundamental. I love helping others, and I'm happy to help you any way that I can. I am a spiritual person and very open minded!

For my well being and those I help I do have a standard I live by, and that is I will glady listen to you express anything, and be there to hold that space.  However holding that space for too long, or too repetitively makes it unhealthy for both parties.  This is why I will eventually lead and hold stead fast on helping you regain control and feel empowered.  This starts by ending negative self talk, learning to accept the situation as it is, and asking yourself "Okay, so what am I going to do about it." or "Where do I go from here?".  I promise my intentions are never to dismiss you, they are always to help you, and sometimes that means challenging you a little - towards a happier more content you.
