Great to talk to my situation was very long and had a lot of background but they were more then happy to listen no matter how long it took, it is difficult to find people who do care and listen these days but Shannon made me feel very welcome to open up and explain everything with no rush :-)
So far she's been great. I haven't finished yet, but I've been enjoying talking to someone I don't know so I can just spill everything.
