Hello Everyone!
I am so honored to be here and to be able to be a listener on 7 Cups.
Self care and mental health are so incredibly important to me and I have been so fortunate to have such amazing supporters and listeners throughout my journey that I felt I wanted to connect and give that support back wherever it was needed.
Being a supporter and listener is what drew me to 7 Cups and I am so happy that I am here.
