my "3 words" are: vibrant, boundless and connected 💜

my favorite "Life Laws" are #1 (You either get it; or you don't) and #3 (People do what works).  I'll admit that I'm still working on embracing the other ones 💜

Music has the power to change my mood and lift my spirits, so I’m usually listening to something on this side of the screen 💜

Purple is my favorite color and you will see many of my posts and other things that are personal to me in purple 💜

...See more Hey Everyone, I’m checking in regarding the Group Support Team Collaboration Effort. (If you would like to read the original announcement, by ASilentObserver, it can be found here: Support Team Plan - A Collaborative Effort [https://www.7cups.com/forum/GroupModZone_168/CommunityManagersOffice_2008/SupportTeamPlanACollaborativeEffort_270219/].) I’d like to share a short recap of how it works: What’s the Goal? * The goal is for Group Support leaders to come together to provide more sessions to the Cups Community to engage in. * The goal is also to pull together to provide coverage on Topics tht may not be receiving attention (due to low staffing with subcommunities). How does this work? * Subcommunities are grouped together to form new Teams (according to a topic) * The new Teams are separated according to Age Group of the session (Teen side or Adult side) * Group Support roles (STL, Chat Mods, RS and Hosts) join together with others, on their new Team, to host sessions. What are the Teams? * The Teen side has 2 Teams * Mental Health Team * Lifestyle Team * The Adult side has 6 Teams * Group 1 Team * Group 2 Team * Group 3 Team * Group 4 Team * Group 5 Team * Group 6 Team * Don’t worry if you aren’t sure which Team your subcommunity is on, I can help with that Where will these sessions take place? * I’ll be coordinating the schedule for these sessions to be held in the “General Support” rooms, on each side. * If the General Support room is already booked on a particular day & time, you can open your subcommunity specific room as well. I’ll be reaching out to the Subcommunity Team Leaders to answer any questions, offer support in any areas they need, share the link to the GS Collaboration Dashboard, and start scheduling sessions, so please feel free to PM me as well, if needed. This has to be one of the easiest reviews I have written on 7 Cups of tea. There isn't much to say, partially because no words could describe how awesome Sher is, but in attempt to translate her awesomeness: she is caring, compassionate, empathetic, inspiring, intuitive, understanding, and above all, she's human. Sher is a dear friend and a lovely soul, a true gift to the 7 Cups community. I love speaking to her, and trying to figure out what awesome thought-provoking question will she bring up, or what super wholesome comment she will say. From a random fellow 7 cupper, I definitely reccomend you speak with Sher 💙
