I am a female, Ugandan, an administrator in a school and my experience with students and parents is that sometimes a person just needs someone to share with you. Someone who listens truly listens without judging them. I am patient, empathetic, kind and a good listener and able to provide a safe space for that one person looking for a somebody to listen to him/her without being judged.
