I am Shifra and I am from NY city I am new here, so please be patient, this app is such a hudge learning curve. juat been dealing with ongoing issues, which seem to have introduced with frequency and length. Panic attacks, and anxiety really work my mind, and some days I can barely get through the work day. feel so confused and out of it.
