This service was really helpful! I am not one for 'being cheered up' but my listener really listened to me and supported me. I gradually felt a weight being lifted off my shoulders, and although I havnt solved my problems, I feel like I have a better idea of the things I can do to make myself feel better! I wish there was more people today like the 'listeners'.

It was nice and they responded fast. At times I felt I was holding a one sided conversation but I think they were just waiting for me to finish and offering small replies to let me know they were reading my messages. Overall it was helpful.
