...See more Hi everyone, I’m new to 7 Cups. I joined because I’ve been dealing with a lot of anxiety and depression lately, and it’s been feeling pretty lonely. I’m hoping this can be a place where I can talk openly and maybe learn some ways to cope better. I’ve had some tough days recently, but I’m trying to take small steps — reaching out, breathing through the hard moments, and reminding myself that it’s okay to need help. I’m still figuring things out, but I’m glad I found this community. If anyone’s up to chat or share what’s helped them, I’d really appreciate it.

...See more Lately my anxiety’s been pretty heavy. Some days it feels like I’m doing okay, and other days I get stuck in my head and can’t shake the tension. I’ve been trying to stay calm and take things one step at a time, but it gets lonely sometimes. I’m working on finding healthy ways to cope and not let the anxiety run my day. If anyone else deals with this or just wants to talk, I’d really appreciate the chat.
