I am a caring and patient individual who enjoys listening without judgment and offering compassionate support to people in need of someone to talk to.

For the past six months I have been working as a psychosocial counsellor in my rural municipality in Nepal, where I have provided one-to-one counselling to about 10 clients facing stress, family issues, and emotional challenges.

My background in public health and nutrition, together with training in psychosocial first aid and mental-health support, has strengthened my ability to create a safe, respectful, and confidential space for others.

I am eager to volunteer as a good listener, helping individuals feel heard and valued while they navigate life’s difficulties.
