hey! I am 23 years old from Portugal

I suffer from anxiety and panic disorder. I also have disrealization and I trying to fight against it without medication, only meditation and new life style

...See more It’s so hard to live with anxiety and panic disorder! The fact that you are always scared to have another attack, that fact that you keep asking in your head if you are going insane or dying… I try very hard to keep my mind free of any worries but seems like a very hard challenge. My anxiety got so bad I can’t be inside a train, a small place without a window, in a high floor of a building, go to the movies because it’s dark and triggers me, drink alchool or even take medications! My last panic attack was because my doctor told me to take some anti depression pills and I am so scared of medications because it can make me insane or paralyse my brain… I now fight against anxiety by doing meditation, make friends, drink water and move my body!
