...See more I think i'mma start a weekly thrad about depresson coping. Mainly cause I think it'd be fun. If anyone wants to share tips, strategies they use, past experiences of theirs, etc they are welcome. Today I fell like we should all talk abut one thing about ourselves which we can appreciate. And drop smth about sm1 else if u want too I'll go first and I hope more people join in. What I appreciate about myself is my ability to adapt(there's way more stufff :) but starting with this). cmon guys let's ease the burden from our shoulders pls.
