Hello! I'm Skyler, 18 years old, and female. I like to support people struggling with anxiety/depression and self-harm issues since I've struggled with them as well. I enjoy music, and I am involved in instrumental music as well as vocal music. I've overcome a lot in life and would like to help by listening to you. If I'm online, then please feel free to start a chat. I'm usually on sometime between 4-8 PM (Eastern). ...See more There was a big masterpost of "Sites For When You Feel Not Okay", and so I saved the links. I came in as a guest when I was feeling really down, and the listener helped me a lot. After a little bit, I got a better grip on my situation but wasn't getting 100% to where I wanted to be. I felt that helping others with similar issues may help me recover completely, and I searched for different support groups. However, being a student, I can't always go to different places. Then I remembered 7 Cups, and realised, "oh, Internet is such a great thing" and here I am!
