...See more Hello. :) So I've been feeling extra pressured the past few weeks, what with my licensure exams coming up in Feb next year. And well I've been dealing with my anxiety by sleeping too much, feeling tired daily, and being unproductive the moment I get home. Though I know myself a lot more now and Ive started to set smaller, more attainable goals for when Im like this. Wish me luck, hope I can keep this up. And hope this helps anyone who might need it - it's all about baby steps and we're all works in progress. 🍃
