I am an 18 year old who has had my fair share of trauma in my life. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 7 years old. I’ve been to countless therapists and counselors throughout my life. I was apart of the life skills classroom while in high school where I’d provide support for students with intellectual disabilities. I love helping others and wants to see other succeed even if it is a stranger. I am someone my friends confide in, no matter the situation. I have grown up playing sports. I am familiar with a large range of coping skills and grounding strategies.
