...See more I never know where to start. Around this time of year I get serious depression. I want to isolate myself and cry when I am alone. This is around the time of my birthday and all the holidays. When i get like this i feel too scared to talk to anyone. I constantly feel like Im bothering everyone around me by just talking about how i am or how Im feeling. When i try to talk i get this feeling in the pit of my stomach like its the wrong thing to do so i just clam up. Being here and typing this even is hard for me. Im sad because i feel like its so hard to talk to people and let them in. But, Im also too scared to let them in. I cant be the only person like this right? I wish I could just talk out loud and not feel so out of control.
