...See more I’ve been struggling a lot with eating since October- and it’s gotten to the point where I try my best to only drink a latte and dinner every day, while working out and playing a sport. I’m not sure what to do because I told myself I can stop whenever, but i’m realizing I don’t think I can. I track everything I eat in a chart, weighing myself every morning and night too, and began throwing up sometimes if I thought I ate too much in a day during recent weeks as well. I don’t think my health is doing bad though, although I had to eat more than one meal a day on vacation this week and my stomach feels extremely bloated and uncomfortable/painful at the end of each day even when only eating two meals.
