I attempted to commit suicide two times in the last 6 months and I harbored some seriously negative thoughts about myself. I found this website by chance on google. This website and Sofia are a godsend to me. No one has ever been as attentive a listener to me as Sofia was. The conversation we had were around 3 to 4 hours long! She was always there, did not rush me, did not judge me and was respectful to me. I am really thankful for what she has done. I feel that I have met a person whom I can look up to and learn from, so I can also help others in need.
