Hello everyone! I'm Sofia! 


I'm a listener here on 7cups. I want to offer my help to everyone. I'm here because I would like to know about people's concerns and improve my therapeutic skills in this way. Feel comfortable to talk about anything that worries you in your everyday life, traumatic experiences or specific subjects (breakups, exams, self-development) or even deeper concerns and problems that bother you for a longer period of time and may have caused extreme subjective discomfort or issues in your career and interpersonal relations. Remember, the storm is not as important as the path it opens up! Everything can be solved when shared!

I'm willing to offer help about any topic. In order to keep it this way and to help as many people as possible I request from the members to be respecting the time that us volunteers offer to the community. We're here for you any time but we also have needs and require our space. The trol chats should be avoided at any case, if anything like that becomes noticed the member will be reported.

Immensely caring and kind
Sofia reached out to me when I was really down and upset; I didn't know what to do or how to even reach out for support. In fact I was so ashamed and guilty that I felt I didn't even deserve support. I'm still not really sure what I need to do but I hope while I figure this out, I can maybe try to be a little kind to me as Sofia was. I'm really grateful and appreciate the support at a time when I had nobody to talk to. Thank you so much

Sofia was so supportive of me and in the way that I needed most. She didn't give me false hope or disingenuous praise. Nor did she give me that unhelpful advice or life hacks that some other listeners do. She has been a consistent support for me over a turbulent period of mine. There are other great listeners like Sofia; but I can honestly and without a second thought say, that the support I got from her was life-changing.
