Bio
Hi there! I'm Raquelle, a 24-year-old lifelong learner, writer, and aspiring trauma therapist currently living among the peaceful Himalayan mountains of India. I live a nomadic lifestyle, which has taken me across much of Southeast Asia, where I’ve spent the last few years volunteering, doing community-based social work, and collecting stories — including my own.
I'm currently pursuing my LCSW so I can work professionally with trauma survivors, offering grounded support and compassion from a place of lived experience and deep empathy. My heart is in service, healing, and connection — especially in moments that feel overwhelming.
When I’m not volunteering or studying, you can usually find me reading philosophy, journaling on temple steps, meditating (or trying to!), or getting happily lost in a new place with a good book and no cell service. I love Buddhist thought, thoughtful conversations, and the idea that everyone we meet is our teacher in some way.
