...See more since i was in elementary school i have struggled with self harm. ive been put in hospitals and psych wards and for a while none of it helped. but i feel as though when you get older and you become more happy with yourself you realize, you cant do this forever. i have been self harm free for a year now and i havent been more proud of myself, i get triggered all the time by things but from the support from my friends to my family and the coping skills ive learned ive gotten through it. its not easy, especially when things get stressful. right now im going through a hard time and im also having a really hard time coping, i just hope i can get through it again.
