I struggle with anxiety and i'm also am sort of an a place between bisexual and lesbian i have had issues with drinking alcohol and i got into a really bad relationship he was controlling and I had no freedom i had about 5 suicide attempts and through all of this everyone abondand me and the person I was with just told me I was worthless and I was just a piece of dirt on the earths foot  i thought everything was over when we broke up I was just so mentally broken then i started talking to a therapist and things didn't get much better i just kept moving on there are still a few things from  this time that never went away still struggling with but the one tip is never give up because if one of those suicide attempts worked i would never have talked to so many wonderful people on here. YOU ARE STRONG because you know weakness YOU ARE BEUTIFUL because you know your imperfections and YOU CAN LAUGH because you have felt sadness

...See more Hey everyone!, I hope all of you okay. We are almost past the first month of 2019. so far this year things in the world haven't been too bad. I hope it's the same for all of you. With every day comes an oppurtunity ot help yourself get better. The hard part is accepting that and realising you are strong enough to get better. I know no one experiences trauma in the same way but we all have one feeling in common after dealing with trauma, 'I'm not strong enough for this' which the reality is we are, you are strong enough to deal with this and get past it and get better. It might not feel like it and the strength might not be on the surface but deep inside of you, you have unlimited strength and you can deal with anything no matter how hard it is. ...See more Hey everyone! sprry the post is going up later than usual having major internet issues at the moment, I hope everyone is having an amazing Tuesday and if the week is being awful then if your a Christmas person just think to yourself there's only 1 week left to go now until it's Christmas, I personally am looking foward to it as it's my first one celebrating with my own 'new' family. Connecting with others is something that's difficult especially when it comes to people who have gone through trauma and I know it's hard but i also know it's different for everyone like I know I can't speak for everyone because I only know my experiences and I know sometimes an issue with connecting with people can be like a barrier between you them because they don't understand trauma and the reality is no one will ever truly understand it and that's ok it's how they deal with the knowledge and just use patience and try their best to help is what matters. I know the post is a bit rambly but I felt after two weeks then I sorta need to do a post based off of a topic.
