...See more Tbh grief has changed me in ways I never expected. In the span of a few years, I lost both of my parents, survived an abusive relationship, and became paralyzed after a car accident. There are days where it feels like I’m grieving multiple versions of myself at once — the life I had, the person I used to be, and the future I thought I’d have. A lot of people think grief is only about death, but sometimes it’s also grieving your independence, your health, relationships, or even just feeling “normal.” Some days I’m okay, and other days it hits out of nowhere over the smallest things. I’m trying to learn how to carry the grief instead of letting it completely consume me. I know I’m not the only one here feeling lost, angry, numb, exhausted, or just trying to survive one day at a time. If nobody’s told you lately: your grief is valid, even if other people don’t fully understand it. Sending love to anyone struggling right now 💙

My profile only shows 2 chats and 2 people I helped, even though I've got a lot more active conversations and listener activity showing in my chat history and dashboard. Has anyone else experienced delayed or incorrect listener stats? I've contacted support, but wanted to check if this is a known issue or if there's anything else I should do. Thanks!

I just wanted to remind everyone here that having trouble with focus, motivation, time management, emotional regulation, or even simple tasks does NOT mean you are lazy or broken.
