My name is Katherine, but you can call me Kat 😺 I'll get right down to it....I've been a LCSW for over 16 years specializing in teen/adolescent behavior and family therapy. That being said, trust me when I say I've seen and heard it all. I've always loved to listen to others. Whether it's about their day, their problems, their achievements, or their failures. My thoughts, if asked, are always truthful personal opinion over years of experience and should be taken as such. ...See more You should wake up each day grateful. While most of us go through things in our life that sometimes lead us into the dark, we must always understand that there is always a way back into the light. Sometimes we need help from others to get us there. Places like 7 Cups allows us to the guide through the darkness for others. For us to find guides ourselves, Either way, we can't be a guide if we don't know the struggle of the path and the joy of the destination. Waking up to daily affirmations and good vibes is a great way to start the day on a bright and positive note. If the first emotion we feel when we get out of bed is positivity...we can take on the world with a smile!
