I am a Volunteer,here at 7cups of Tea, this amazing website, that has helped so many people from all walks of life.
Someone once told me "Your life is like a blank canvas…now its up to you to put in the colours"
Even through all my hard struggles I remain optimistic. So this is why i'm here to listen because I believe it has great power to help someone.

Sonia has been a helping hand I tried many things to help me but my naivety meant I lost nearly everything but she is very compassionate and reliable and helps me with what I need! recovering from crisis is not easy neither are anxieties but the will to change will help us change Ive seen truly horrible things for my age. she helps keep me occupied I only hope more of you can feel better about yourself self hatred is a path that has destroyed many people all I can say is don't feel pressured by societal wants I once was a puppet scared to act on my own but now I see the waves in life and embrace the ocean of experience good and bad all are worthy and can be put to purpose! I don't know what to say. I am so lost, and I don't know what to do or say. I was right there on the edge, looking over--and for some reason I decided to talk to someone, and it placed me back on the corner. Instead of going over the edge, I will wait another night.
