I have a background in psychotherapy education and work from a person-centred approach.

I offer a calm, grounded space where we can go beyond surface-level conversation and explore what’s happening internally with depth and care. I tend to focus on emotional patterns, underlying thoughts, and the layers behind what someone is experiencing, especially during periods of stress, confusion, or inner conflict.

I work at the person’s pace, allowing space for reflection and clarity to emerge naturally.

...See more Maybe one of the biggest traps in life is believing that “enough” is a destination we arrive at after we achieve, improve, heal, earn, or become something else. Yet many people reach their goals and still find themselves asking the same question. What if feeling enough was never meant to be a reward for success? Maybe it begins the moment we stop measuring our worth against an imaginary version of ourselves? I sometimes wonder how much energy we spend trying to earn a place that was ours all this time. We grow, learn, and evolve not because we are lacking, but because growth is an inevitable part of life. A flower does not bloom to prove it is worthy. It blooms because that is its nature. Have you ever experienced a moment when you felt completely enough, even briefly? What created that feeling for you?I would love to hear about your special moments…
