...See more One of my favourite creative mindful things to do is to in the water. I love the feeling of freedom and peace that I feel when I'm diving or swimming. In summer I get in the water every morning and swim at least 750m. It leaves me feeling energised and at peace. What is something creatively mindfull that you do?
