Hello! I am a 36 year old non-binary person (she/her/they/them) and have been a listener with 7 Cups since 2017. I have had previous experience listening to people struggling with dysphoria, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts/attempts/ideations, eating disorders, borderline personality disorder, and a wide variety of other mental health issues. I can also offer an empathetic and open-minded approach with gender identities and other LGBTQIA+ challenges. I am also experienced with autism/neurodivergence, disability, chronic pain and illness. Still masking but no one else is? I would be happy to help you ease your fears.

I want to help people work through the individual and unique problems they face and guide people gradually at their own pace. Recovery and healing is rarely linear and it is okay to not be okay. I'm glad you're here asking for help. I am here to listen and offer a sincere, empathetic, and human approach to healing.
