She is kind, patient, and listens to you carefully. She can handle mature subjects with a calm and gentle, encouraging vibe.
I'm trained as a mental health worker, but I can only therapize myself so much...sometimes I need someone else to ask the prompting questions, empathize, validate my emotions/experience, and remind me how I would view a friend or client in a similar position. Spirited is naturally skilled as a listener!
